Cara membuat Tumpeng

  1. Cuci bersih beras lalu dandang setengah mateng.
  2. Setelah stengah matang sirami pakai air santan yg sdah dcmpur kunyit,masukan garam dan aduk sampai warna rata.
  3. Tunggu sampai matang dan koreks rasa 👌🏼.
  4. Bentuk nasi sesuali selera. Kalau aku pake cetakan kue yg dibawa lalu dbentuk segitiga bagian atas (boleh beli loyang sesuai bntuk yg di inginkan).
  5. Tata rapi dalam nampan yg sudah di plating pake daun pisang.
  6. Resep telur ayam balado : telur drebus. Bumbu halus : 7 cabe kriting,15 cabe rawit merah,7 siung bawang putih,7 siung bawang merah,2 butir kemiri (blender) lalu tumis,masukan telur koreksi rasa.
  7. Sate telur puyuh : telur puyuh rebus,stlah masak masukan kecap lalu dtsuk sate,lalu bakar.sajikan.
