Tumpeng. Tumpeng is an Indonesian cone-shaped rice dish with side dishes of vegetables and meat originating from Javanese cuisine of Indonesia. Bahan-bahan Tumpeng

  1. Siapkan of Untuk 10 porsi per baki, takaran dibawah dimasak dua kali, satu kali dicetak untuk alas, dan satu lagi dicetak untuk kuncupnya.
  2. Siapkan 6 cangkir of beras kualitas bagus.
  3. Siapkan 200 ml of santan kental, cairkan dengan 200ml air.
  4. Siapkan 500 ml of air.
  5. Gunakan 5 sdm of garam.
  6. Siapkan 1 sdm of garlic bubuk.
  7. Diperlukan 1 sdm of kunyit bubuk.
  8. Dibutuhkan of Daun jeruk, daun salam, 1 batang sereh.

Tumpeng is often served on a round bamboo platter called a tampah that is covered with banana leaf. This mountain-like rice is called Nasi Tumpeng (or Sangu Tumpeng in Javanese). Langkah-langkah memasak Tumpeng

  1. Cuci beras sampai bersih, sisihkan..
  2. Masak santan dengan air 200ml, campurkan semua bahan bumbu2, aduk hingga mendidih..
  3. Tuang santan ke dlm beras, aduk rata. Tambahkan 500ml air, dan daun2an serta sereh, siap dimasak di rice cooker..
  4. Tombol cook selesai, aduk nasi dan biarkan bbrp menit dlm kondisi warm spy nasi matang sempurna..
  5. Basahi cetakan, cetak nasi dlm kondisi hangat, spy tidak lengket. Oya utk cetakan kuncup sy lapisin dl pake baking paper, jd alhamdulillah ga masalah pas ngeluarinnya ☺️.
  6. Langkah wajibnya, usahakan nasi padat sekali sehingga bentuknya kokoh dan sempurna. Selamat mencobaaa 😘👍.
  7. Oya, sedikit tambahan tips membuat garnish bunga dari cabe : Pilih cabe yg masih segar, potong sedikit ujungnya, kemudian keluarkan semua bijinya. Gunting cabe menjadi kelopak2 bunga, kemudian rendam dalam air es, biarkan bbrp jam sampai mengembang sempurna. Anakku lanang ikut bantuin gunting cabenya 😘😄.
